If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. MatheView Foundation only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Age Restriction

You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the MatheView Foundation’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant MatheView Foundation a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User Accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Disputes

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MatheView Foundation and its affiliates and hold MatheView Foundation harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on Liability

MatheView Foundation is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

MatheView Foundation reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between MatheView Foundation and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Additional Terms

1. Every citizen of North India can be a member of MatheView Foundation.
2. North India includes the following States/Union Territories:
   1. Chandigarh
   2. Delhi NCR
   3. Haryana
   4. Himachal Pradesh
   5. Jammu & Kashmir
   6. Ladakh
   7. Punjab
   8. Rajasthan
   9. Uttar Pradesh
   10. Uttarakhand
3. Aadhar Card is a must for the Membership of the Foundation.
4. The Foundation will start its activities from 01.01.2025.
5. The Membership will be for a period of 10 years or up to 31.12.2034, whichever is later.
6. As an introductory offer, the Membership fee of Rs. 2500 (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred only) is totally waived off.
7. Instead, one can be a member by donating Rs. 1000 (Rs. One Thousand only). The donation amount will be exempted from Income Tax as per IT Act.
8. Members will enjoy a 50% discount in the Events’ fees, if any, on their participation in any/all the activities organized by the Foundation.
9. Non-Members may also be invited to participate in different Events organized by the Foundation.
10. Decisions by MatheView Foundation will be final and can’t be challenged anywhere.
11. The names of all the esteemed Members will be displayed on the website.
12. MatheView Foundation will take care of its members in all respects.
13. The Membership Fee paid once is not refundable at any point in time.
14. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Delhi High Court Jurisdiction only.
